Course Overview
What is a leader? What is a manager? What makes one person a leader and another a manager? Can someone be both a good leader and, at the same time, a good manager?
These are some of the questions that will be discussed in this course on "The Role of the Correctional Leader/Manager".
We will take a look at what makes one person an effective leader, and another an exceptional manager.
We will also discuss the difference between the two, and how the roles of each may change in the future. We will provide a little insight into how some people perceive the differences between managers and leaders.
A certificate is issued upon completion. This course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
